Does your organization host events for both visitors and locals? Do you regularly find yourself answering visitors’ questions about Kelowna? If the answer is yes, you may want to consider booking our Mobile Visitor Services (MVS) team.
While regularly attending large events around the city, our MVS team can also set up onsite at your business to provide event attendees or regular clientele with information about Kelowna. Our knowledgeable staff and volunteers can answer questions, provide directions, and assist in making reservations or booking activities.
The MVS team relies on our Information Kiosk Explorer (IKE, the electric bike), and our Kelowna Explorer Vehicle (KEV, the branded mini-van), to get around town. As an added benefit, IKE is equipped with a cell phone charging station and free WiFi. Our team can set up at indoor and outdoor events, year-round, depending on your needs.
