Our goal is to establish collaborative synergies within our tourism industry by inviting stakeholders to adopt a commitment to sustainability through Biosphere.

When we are away from home and our normal routines, sustainable choices occasionally give way to convenience.  When you are in Kelowna, however, simply visiting the businesses participating in the Biosphere Commitment Program helps reduce your impact to our community. For businesses wishing to get involved with the Biosphere Commitment Program and make the commitment to a more responsible experience for our visitors, Tourism Kelowna is here to help you along in the process. Not only are we able to share best practices and offer ideas and tips to get you started, but we will continue to support you along the way by covering the cost of the program for the second year for all Tourism Kelowna voting stakeholder businesses.
