• RFP Distribution. Let us distribute your request for proposal (RFP) to the appropriate hotels and venues here in Kelowna.  We are also happy to create an RFP for you to save you time. 
• Familiarization Tours. Let us help you get more familiar with Kelowna. Tourism Kelowna will plan and host your visit to our city. If you are interested, please complete our FAM request form. 
• Event Promotional Tools
• Pop Up Banners/Flags
• Kelowna photos
• Event Inspiration from our @meetKelowna Instagram feed can be explored at the top of this page.
• Visitor Information onsite. Contact us to find out more about having our knowledgeable travel counsellors at your event.
• Virtual Visitor services. Provide us with your event hashtag or twitter handle and we will monitor it for you for destination assistance.
