The region’s natural landscape also provides the perfect outdoor courses for many activities including marathons, triathlons, cycling competitions, obstacle courses, and more.
A few premier facilities include Prospera Place, Kelowna's largest indoor sports venue at 6,886 seats and home to the Kelowna Rockets, the Kelowna Curling Club, one of the largest in Canada with 12 sheets of ice, H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre, featuring an Olympic size 8 lane swimming pool, the MNP Place, home to two NHL-sized ice surfaces, two indoor turf fields, and an indoor running track. And the Apple Bowl Stadium, a multi-purpose stadium that includes a wide variety of track and field amenities and is home to the Okanagan Sun Football Team.
