Greater Westside Board of Trade Business After Hours

The Greater Westside Board of Trade (GWBT) is hosting its November Business After Hours event on Thursday, November 16, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Porelli Law. The event offers networking, local food and drink, and some great prizes. Tickets are $10 for members and $20 for non-members.


2023 Kelowna Chamber Business Excellence Awards

The 36th annual Business Excellence Awards, presented by Kelowna Chamber, are set to take place at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort on Friday, November 17, from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. Tourism Kelowna is proud to be once again sponsoring the Excellence in Tourism Award alongside 16 other award categories. An Introduction and Future of Renewable Natural Gas (RNG)

The Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association's Energy Analyst is hosting a free introductory webinar on Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) to help participants understand how RNG is an adaptable option to lower carbon footprints in businesses, transportation, and residential sectors. DKA After 5

The final Downtown Kelowna After 5 for 2023 is on Wednesday, November 22, at Metro Hub from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event will kick off the holiday season, with small bites from Earls Kitchen & Bar. Kelowna Knowledge Cafe

The BC Centre for Agritech Innovation (BCCAI) is hosting a Knowledge Cafe at the Kelowna Yacht Club on Wednesday, November 22. The event, which takes place from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., will cover topics like the "impact of climate change on agriculture and food security" and "the immense possibilities and challenges within British Columbia's agritech sector." Spaces for an optional afternoon tour of UBCO's Plant Growth Facility and FiLTER lab are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Speaker Series: What I'm Seeing in Canada's (and the Okanagan's) Economy

The Kelowna Chamber's next Speaker Series event is on Thursday, November 23, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. The in-person event, held at the Coast Capri Hotel, will feature guest speaker Pierre Cleroux, VP Research & Chief Economist at BDC, who will provide a broad look and deep dive into the economy post-pandemic.
