Upcoming Opportunities
In addition to submitting your ongoing offers, promotions, and packages, such as mid-week wine tasting specials, family-friendly bundles, or two-for-one deals, we encourage you to submit anything related to the following as soon as possible:
- Major Event Packages, Promotions, and Offers: Several major events are taking place in Kelowna over the next two months, including the Memorial Cup, Touchdown Kelowna, and Kelowna HOOPFEST. Follow the instructions below to submit your offers, promotions, or packages for any of these events.
- Spring Offers & Promotions: If you have any ongoing or upcoming promotions for the spring season, submit them as soon as possible.
Our team will promote the offerings tied to these opportunities through paid social media posts and other marketing tactics throughout the winter months.

- Drive Shoulder Season Visitation: Specials and packages are especially compelling in spring, fall, and winter—times when travellers are more open to being inspired and flexible with their plans.
What makes a great offer?
Always start by thinking about what's in it for the consumer and what's important to them: promotions that provide value, flexibility, or an exclusive experience will be high on the list. How to submit your offer
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- Click on "Media Tab."
- Choose "Add New Media" and upload an image for your offer.
- Click “Collateral” and select “Special Offers" - be sure to select the appropriate tags that align with the category of offers (i.e., Memorial Cup, etc.)
- Fill in your offer details (title, description, image, expiry date).
- Click “Submit.”
In addition to being displayed on the Offers, Promotions & Packages page, your submitted offer will also be featured on your Tourism Kelowna Listing, giving visitors to our website more opportunities to discover and engage with it.
