Canada’s biggest stage in junior hockey is set to light up Kelowna in 2026 as the Memorial Cup returns to the Okanagan. From May 21–31, the city will come alive with the energy and excitement of championship hockey, welcoming fans from across the country to witness the best of the CHL compete for junior hockey’s most coveted prize.

This 10-day celebration will showcase the CHL championship tournament, exciting fan festivals, team appearances, and family-friendly events throughout the city. Four of Canada’s top junior hockey teams, including the Kelowna Rockets as the host team, will compete for the prestigious Memorial Cup trophy, with the tournament culminating in the championship final at Prospera Place. Kelowna’s downtown and Cultural District will come alive as fans experience world-class hockey, live entertainment, and community programming all week long. As the national spotlight shines on Kelowna, we’re proud to host unforgettable moments both on and off the ice, from the energy inside Prospera Place to the vibrant streets and stunning surroundings that make Kelowna a true destination.
