We are excited to welcome and introduce Nicole Martinez, who joins Tourism Kelowna's team as our new Business Development Sales Manager for the Western Markets.
 

With a proven track record in sales and strategic partnerships, Nicole brings a wealth of experience and energy to our team. Her passion for building meaningful relationships and deep understanding of the tourism industry make her a natural fit for this important role.

I’m looking forward to collaborating with others to bring fresh ideas and exciting opportunities to the table."

In her new position, Nicole will lead business development initiatives across Western Canada and the Western United States, working closely with our partners to promote Kelowna as a premier destination for meetings, conferences, and group travel.

Originally from the Niagara region of Southern Ontario, Nicole took a summer job at the Fairmont Banff Springs Golf Course, which ignited a passion for golf and eventually saw her relocate to Kelowna in 2010. She is passionate about travel and loves exploring new places and immersing herself in local culture and authentic experiences, especially through food. Recent trips include Amsterdam, Vienna, Austin, and New Orleans, all filled with memorable culinary stops.

Nicole’s dynamic approach and industry insight will play a key role in elevating Tourism Kelowna’s presence in the Western markets and driving new opportunities for growth. We look forward to the positive impact she will make as we continue to showcase everything Kelowna has to offer as a destination of choice for business events. We will be setting up meetings for Nicole to meet with our partners and see all of the properties in the coming weeks.
