Every year, Tourism Kelowna distributes a survey to its voting stakeholders to measure their overall satisfaction with the organization's programs and services. The survey provides stakeholders with the opportunity to share their feedback and views with our team, which in turn helps us make strategic and tactical changes that directly impact their needs.
On Tuesday, August 17, Larose Research & Strategy will begin conducting the annual survey. Voting stakeholders will be sent an email invitation to complete the online survey, which consists of 14 short questions covering a range of topics. The results from this survey are an important piece in the decision-making process of our strategic direction.
We are grateful for the more than 400 tourism-related businesses that have trusted Tourism Kelowna to provide exceptional destination marketing and promotion opportunities—we look forward to hearing your perspective and your opinions. To encourage your response, we have shortened the survey to less than 10 minutes and removed any identifiers so you can be confident that your feedback is anonymous. We do, however, want to thank you for your feedback and have included the option to add your name and email as part of the survey response; those who include this information will have the chance to win one of three $100 gift cards.
The survey should be completed by the voting representative in your company or organization. If someone from your organization other than the voting representative responded to the survey last year, that individual should respond again this year if possible.
