Casa de Frida is a lively Mexican restaurant located in a charming 120-year-old Victorian house. They've been serving up bold, authentic flavours with a modern twist since July 2023. Inspired by Frida Kahlo’s vibrant aesthetic, the cozy space offers seating upstairs, on the main floor, and a sunny patio for up to 70 guests. Known for fresh ingredients and warm hospitality, Casa de Frida brings the spirit and taste of Mexico to the heart of Kelowna.
Cleopatra's Ritual Thermal Spa & Steam
Cleopatra's Rituals is Kelowna’s premier luxury thermal wellness destination and home to Western Canada’s only Snow Room. Their signature experiences include Vino Therapy Baths, Hammam Foam Baths, and Scalp Spa Treatments, all set within a custom-built European thermal circuit featuring a steam room, sauna, thermal showers, and snow room. Okanagan Bowling Club (OBC)
The Okanagan Bowling Club (OBC)—formerly known as Capri Valley Lanes—is the largest five-pin bowling centre in the Okanagan. Pink Heart Boutique

Located in Kelowna’s Lower Mission, the boutique caters to professional women looking for high-quality, stylish, and sophisticated wardrobe pieces.
So Fetch
So Fetch Canine Social Club is Kelowna’s first indoor, dog-friendly hub where pups and their people can relax, connect, and play. Featuring a gourmet dog treat bar, a cozy lounge with non-alcoholic drinks and snacks, boutique retail, themed events, and private “pawty” packages, So Fetch offers a fresh take on the dog café experience. Soul De Cuba
Located in downtown Kelowna near the Cultural District, Soul de Cuba Café offers an authentic taste of Cuban and Latin flavours. They serve flavorful breakfasts, satisfying lunches, and host exclusive Live Music Night events with elegant three-course dinners. Known for making the best Mojitos this far north, they invite you to savour the vibrant spirit of Cuba in every bite and sip.

Returning Members
Karat Chocolate & Pastry Boutique
Founded in 2016 in a small kitchen at Mission Hill Winery, Karat Chocolate & Pastry Boutique began with a passion for pastry and premium Valrhona chocolate. Supported by community and family, they’ve since earned over 60 international awards, putting Kelowna on the fine chocolate map. They craft fresh, handmade confections, pastries, and desserts while collaborating with local businesses and mentoring future chefs. As a family-owned business, they prioritize quality, creativity, and connection.
MacDonald Acres
MacDonald Acres RV park offers full-hookup sites with stunning lake, city, and mountain views, along with oversized sites available for daily or nightly rental. The pet-friendly park includes an off-leash dog area. Guests can take advantage of the on-site RV rentals, which come fully equipped and ready to go, or enjoy luxury, fully furnished bell tents for a unique glamping experience.
Twin Oaks Certified Organic Orchard
Family-owned and operated, Twin Oaks is a BC Certified Organic orchard nestled in Kelowna’s scenic Upper Mission. They grow and sell a variety of organic fruits, including cherries, apricots, peaches, pears, prunes/plums, apples, and also offer organic honey. In addition to farm gate sales, they also offer u-pick for visitors and locals.
Urban Distilleries - Bernard Ave
Located in downtown Kelowna, Urban Distilleries comprises a tasting bar, retail store, private dining area and tasting rooms, and patio. The distillery is also home to a speakeasy lounge, showcasing vibrant modern street art and featuring locally inspired dishes and expertly crafted cocktails made with their own spirits. Visit them on Bernard Avenue for a truly distinctive Okanagan experience.
About Tourism Kelowna's Membership & Advertising Programs
Businesses within and beyond the Central Okanagan fall into two categories within Tourism Kelowna's programs:
- Member: All tourism-related businesses located within the Central Okanagan. Accommodation providers must be MRDT or DMF remitters; those that don't may qualify as Advertisers.
- Advertiser: Non-tourism-related businesses located in the Central Okanagan, tourism-related businesses located outside the Central Okanagan, or accommodation providers within the Central Okanagan that do not remit MRDT or DMF.
Through our programs, our Members and Advertisers gain access to marketing channels that help increase exposure and drive traffic to their businesses. Our programs also connect visitors with local businesses during the planning stages of their trip and once they are in the market.
Benefits of the Base Program include, but are not limited to:
- An online listing on the Tourism Kelowna website.
- A listing and locator on the Kelowna map.
- Brochures racked at the Kelowna Visitor Centre.
- Eligibility to advertise on our Online Events Calendar.
- Access to additional paid advertising and marketing programs.
- Invitation to workshops and events.
