Upcoming Opportunities
In addition to submitting your ongoing offers, promotions, and packages, such as mid-week wine tasting specials, family-friendly bundles, or two-for-one deals, we encourage you to submit anything related to the following as soon as possible:
- Major Event Packages, Promotions, and Offers: The final event in Kelowna's Year of Sport, 2026 Skate Canada International, takes place this fall, from October 30 to November 1. Follow the instructions below to submit your offers, promotions, or packages for this event, which is expected to draw thousands of visitors to the region.
- Fall Offers & Promotions: If you have any ongoing or upcoming promotions for the fall season, submit them as soon as possible.
Our team will promote the offerings tied to these opportunities through paid social media posts and other marketing tactics throughout the fall.

What makes a great offer?
Always start by thinking about what's in it for the consumer and what's important to them: promotions that provide value, flexibility, or an exclusive experience will be high on the list. Sensory experiences or seasonal offers can also help you connect with travellers and locals.
Some ideas for offers you could consider include:
- A complimentary tasting with purchase.
- Midweek stay deals or value-added room nights.

- Bundled offers with other local businesses.
How to submit your offer
- Log in to the Partner Portal.
- Click on "Media Tab."
- Choose "Add New Media" and upload an image for your offer.
- Click “Collateral” and select “Special Offers" - be sure to select the appropriate tags that align with the category of offers (i.e., Skate Canada, etc.)
- Fill in your offer details (title, description, image, expiry date).
- Click “Submit.”
In addition to being displayed on the Offers & Packages page, your submitted offer will also be featured on your Tourism Kelowna Listing, giving visitors to our website more opportunities to discover and engage with it.
