In addition to its Base and Enhanced Member and Advertiser Programs, Tourism Kelowna offers sector-specific marketing programs your business can participate in. These programs allow eligible businesses to work collaboratively with Tourism Kelowna to generate additional exposure and increase consumer traffic. 


Wineries Program 2024

The Okanagan Valley is a premier grape-growing region in BC, home to over 86% of the province's vineyard acreage. Tradition and character define Okanagan Valley wineries, from quiet family-run boutiques to world-class operations, consistently acclaimed at international competitions.

The Wineries Program (formerly Wine Trails) supports this vital industry, intending to drive traffic and business to Central Okanagan wineries. Targeting key demographic and geographic audiences, this collaborative approach will highlight the exceptional quality of the wine and experiences of our destination using various tactics.

Local Flavours Program 2024

From craft breweries to farm-to-table dining, the Okanagan Valley's food and drink scene is a delicious journey of local and international flavours. Our 2024 Local Flavours Program now features a dedicated initiative featuring separate programs tailored for Food and Craft Beverages.


Local Flavours – Farm & Fork

This collaborative marketing program aims to boost food and agriculture tourism by enhancing the awareness of agricultural and food experiences and driving business to local participants. This program is finely tuned to the specific sector, providing outstanding value through tailored strategies and creative tactics that target key markets.

Prerequisites: ​Farm & Fork is open to businesses that grow, cultivate, and/or use local ingredients, such as markets, farms, orchards, etc.  Restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and other food service businesses must use ingredients from at least three local farms, orchards, markets, etc., to participate in the program.

Local Flavours – Craft Sips

Boosting local businesses, our collaborative marketing program supports craft drink makers by raising awareness and driving more customers to participating establishments. In support of craft drink makers, this collaborative marketing program will raise awareness of the exceptional quality and experiences offered at local businesses.

Arts & Culture Program 2024

The Central Okanagan is steeped in rich culture and offers an array of performing, visual, and literary arts from local, regional, national, and international artists, including numerous Indigenous artists from near and far. 

In support of arts and culture experiences, this newly created collaborative marketing program will raise awareness of events, venues, festivals, and cultural attractions, driving more visitation to participating businesses. The program is sector-specific, providing exceptional value by targeting key markets with creative and effective tactics.
