The Central Okanagan Economic Development Commission (COEDC) is now accepting expressions of interest for its 2022 Advisory Council, which is a great opportunity for tourism industry members to provide their expertise and contribute to the COEDC's strategic vision.
As noted on the COEDC website, members of the Advisory Council will:
- Attend Advisory Council meetings and communicate economic development opportunities of the region;
- Review and make recommendation(s) on the Regional District of Central Okanagan (RDCO) Economic Development Commission (EDC) programming;
- Communicate the RDCO EDC activity reporting to member organizations.
Members are appointed to the board for a two-year term, which will commence January 1, 2022. Members have the option of serving up to two terms and must commit to attending 10 board meetings during the year. Please review the terms of reference for additional details.
