Kelowna became a hub for the incentive travel industry by hosting the 2025 SITE Canada Exchange from January 5 to 8. We welcomed top incentive buyers and suppliers from across Canada and the U.S. to our vibrant city to connect, collaborate, and discover the latest trends in this exciting sector.Set against the breathtaking backdrop of snow-capped mountains and the Okanagan’s distinctive landscape, the Exchange unfolded into a whirlwind of inspiration, sparking meaningful conversations and creating unforgettable experiences.
A Collaborative Effort
Hosting an event of this calibre required a collective effort. Tourism Kelowna supported SITE Canada by collaborating with a diverse group of local partners, businesses, and entrepreneurs to help craft a program that offered attendees a truly unique and immersive experience, highlighting Kelowna’s incentive offerings. From award-winning wineries to locally-driven culinary delights and world-class venues, participants were treated to the many flavours that make Kelowna exceptional thanks to leading partners, including:

A Glimpse into the Exchange
The Exchange kicked off at the host hotel, Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort, with a Fire & Ice-themed reception at OAK + CRU Social Kitchen & Wine Bar. Attendees gathered around crackling fire pits, sipping signature frosted martinis and flaming cocktails, creating a perfect sensory blend of warmth and chill.
Day two featured an uplifting keynote by Beth Hanishewski, who reminded attendees that joy matters and that embracing outdoor activities is the unsung hero of building lasting habits, followed by the initial one-on-one business meetings between the Exchange participants. Lunch at the Eldorado Resort offered a Mediterranean-inspired culinary journey, complemented by a comprehensive property tour that highlighted the resort's unique features. Attendees explored the resort's waterfront boardwalk and luxury marina, capturing panoramic views from the rooftop and indulging in an elaborate lunch and dessert buffet.
In the evening, 50th Parallel Estate welcomed guests for a reception and dinner that epitomized elegance. Attendees savoured award-winning wines and a delectable dinner while enjoying stylish entertainment that included aerialists, musicians, and a live artist amidst the estate's impressive wine caves, tank hall, and event centre.
On day three, attendees enjoyed one-on-one marketplace appointments before heading to CedarCreek Estate Winery for a family-style lunch accompanied by an engaging agricultural education session led by Organic Viticulturist, Kurk Simic. The afternoon’s activities at Château Okanagan were a delightful mix of warmth and wellness, thanks to the bonfire and s’mores social and rejuvenating spa and wellness circuit.
While at Château Okanagan, attendees savoured refreshing mocktails from Farming Karma and browsed a vibrant vendor showcase, curated by Tourism Kelowna’s Community and Visitor Engagement team, featuring local artisans like SONDR, Ashleigh Green Studios, Cabin 5 Granola, and Dream Catchers by Nancy.
The Exchange culminated in a spectacular final evening at Mission Hill Family Estate, with an interactive cooking demo hosted in the Culinary Theatre, followed by a delicious wine-paired dinner and a behind-the-scenes private estate tour.
