At Bernie’s, Italian and Asian flavours are prominent throughout the menu, allowing you to choose from raw bar items like sushi, share small plates and starters such as dumplings and salads, or opt for mains grouped into ocean and farm categories.

Double J Hong Kong Fusion

Building on more than 40 years of experience, Chef Jack Chan serves up Hong Kong-style Cantonese cuisine at Double J Hong Kong Fusion, which he opened alongside his wife, Joyce, in 2022. Baked Rice, originating from Hong Kong, is created through the fusion of Chinese and Western flavours and baking methods, and is served at Double J’s—it’s a rich, savoury dish you won’t soon forget. The extensive menu is filled with an array of delicious items, served in substantial portions, making this a perfect spot for groups looking to dine family-style.

Gather Restaurant

Since 2018, the team at Gather Restaurant has been delivering unexpected flavours with its mix of Korean and Italian cuisine, thanks to the heritage of co-owners Chef Sung Ji Park and Luigi Coccaro. Most of the pasta dishes lean towards traditional Italian cuisine, with subtle Korean influences, such as the soy-cured egg yolk in the Gnocchi Alfredo and the soy cream sauce in the Spaghetti Carbonara. Groups will love the array of beautifully presented share plates, salads, and starters, which will allow everyone to sample a taste of Gather’s flavourful menu.

HUMO Kelowna

When dreaming up HUMO Kelowna, co-owners Chef Kai Kroll and Alexandra Perras drew on their culinary backgrounds and influences, creating a menu that combines contemporary Asian and Latin flavours. Chef Kroll and his team use locally sourced ingredients to craft a variety of small plates, salads, and mains that will leave you wanting more. Centrally located across from City Park, HUMO offers a delicious snack menu only available during its daily Happy Hour, along with a full dinner menu, including a 5-course Chef’s Table option.
