The Okanagan Table - Kitchens | Events | Catering
RauDZ Creative Concepts co-owners Chef Rod Butters and Audrey Surrao launched The Okanagan Table to bring together their years of restaurant and hospitality experience. In addition to hosting wine education seminars and private events, The Okanagan Table also regularly hosts chef-led Demo & Dine cooking classes, which include dinner inspired by the class and beverage pairings. Two of their upcoming spring classes still have spots available: one is focused on spring asparagus, fresh from the north Okanagan, and the other will highlight spring grilling. Additional classes are regularly added to the calendar, so check back often for updates.
