The Okanagan Regional Library welcomes visitors to use our FREE in-branch services: computer stations, wireless access, and programming for adults and children. Guests with a BC OneCard can also borrow materials. We have branches throughout the BC Southern Interior, including 3 in Kelowna - Downtown, Mission and Rutland, and 4 others in the Central Okanagan.
