Parasailing is Kelowna's Number 1 family watersports activity, Ages 4 and up can ride as either single, Tadem or Triples with friends
What to Expect!!!
1 – Loading
Parasailing charters start at 10 am and run every hour, on the hour, until dusk. Our professional crew will get you onboard the vessel and walk you through a pre-trip safety briefing before we depart.
2 – Prep Work
Our staff will fit you with a life jacket and harness (if you are flying tandem or triple your partners with being fitted with their own equipment). The parachute flies just above the boat's flight deck. You will then make your way to the flight deck where you are safely secured for your parasail ride.
3 – Sit Back and Relax
Sit in your harness and enjoy the ride as the captain gently unwinds the rope, slowly lifting you into the Sky.
4 – Dip or No Dip?
Ogopogo Parasail captains love to give dips in the water, so don’t forget to tell the captain if you wish to stay dry. Landing is a breeze, our winch gradually winds you into the boat for a soft touchdown.
Parasailing requires no experience and no ability.
Tourism Kelowna would like to thank Westbank First Nation and Okanagan Indian Band for the privilege to live, work, and play on the tm̓xʷúlaʔxʷ (land), that is the unceded and traditional territory of syilx Okanagan peoples, the original stewards of these lands and to whom we give thanks to as our hosts
