Mission Recreation Park is a central hub for sports and recreation in Kelowna. Located in the lower mission, approximately 20 minutes from Kelowna International Airport, it hosts a large number of sporting events and leagues throughout the year, including soccer, field hockey, football, lacrosse, softball, and ultimate, amongst others.

The park has six premier grass soccer fields with regulation sized soccer goalposts, six softball fields (including the Kinsman Softball Complex), one artificial turf field (99 m x 69m), dressing rooms, and ample parking. The park also encompasses the H2O Adventure + Fitness Centre and the Capital News Centre (CNC).
