Brothers Dan and Mike Bronswyk had a vision to bring artisan bread to Kelowna. They are fifth generation bakers & pastry chefs, with a long tradition of preparing rich pastries and whole-grain fresh bread in the Old World European tradition. With 25 years of personal experience, not only have Kelowna locals become avid fans, but Bread Co's fresh baking is now available on WestJet airlines and a wide range of catered events.
