We are a Contemporary Canadian restaurant featuring the diversity of flavours that make up our country. Love is at the heart of everything we do here at 31 Charkay. This space was created to bring people together, old friends, and new friends alike through a shared meal. Both of the founders were born and raised in the beautifully diverse community of Canada. This is the inspiration of the menu, with nods to the various cultures that make up our country, and the people who have inspired us along the way.
