To support business recovery, growth, and innovation, Accelerate Okanagan has launched Advisor Access, a new program that connects small business owners in the Okanagan—from Osoyoos to Salmon Arm—with advisors for a free, one-on-one coaching session.
The complimentary session, which typically ranges from 30-60 minutes, will allow the business advisor and small business owner to discuss a variety of topics, such as:
- Digital strategy setting
- Improving online offerings
- General business coaching
- Access to grants, funding, and resources
- Referrals, tools, and connections
The program, which is supported through funding from the provincial and federal government, aims to provide recommendations, insights, and solutions that are unique to each individual businesses' needs. Upon completing the program intake form, business owners will be matched with an advisor; the needs of the business will be determined and the coaching session will flow from there.
