The Voucher/Gift Card is chosen by you (the contestant) from the list of Tourism Kelowna members (Merchant). The Ticket cannot be changed, dates cannot be altered, and seating/entry cannot be changed. The Merchant is the issuer of the Voucher/Gift Card/Ticket and is solely responsible for all matters pertaining to the redemption and use of the Voucher/Gift Card/Ticket. Furthermore, the Merchant is fully and solely responsible for the care and quality of all goods and services it provides to you and for any and all injuries, illnesses, damages, claims, liabilities and costs ("Liabilities") it may cause you to suffer, directly or indirectly, in full or in part, whether related to the use or redemption of a Voucher or not. You waive and release Tourism Kelowna, including their subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents, (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any Liabilities arising from, related to, or sustained in connection with any act or omission of a Merchant, its employees, agents, contractors, and invitees, in connection with your use of a Voucher or the goods, services or experiences a Merchant provides in connection with the Voucher. Services performed by the Released Parties are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

CONTEST & PRIZE:
The winner will receive CCMA House: Live at Waterfront Ticket Giveaway & Prize Pack, as outlined on Instagram and/or Facebook. The contest closes on August 29th, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. The CCMA House: Live at Waterfront Ticket Giveaway & Prize Pack winner will be announced on August 30th, 2025 at 12:30 PM PST. The winnery will be contacted via direct message through Tourism Kelowna's Facebook or Instagram account and announced via Stories on Tourism Kelowna's Instagram and Facebook channels. The winner will be chosen at random. To receive the prize, the user must:

- Entrants must enter via Instagram or Facebook by following @tourismkelowna, @ccmaofficial, and @denimonthediamond liking the post, and commenting. More entries are available if the user tags friends.
- Winners & entrants must be 19 years or older and a Canadian Resident to be eligible to win the prize.
- Employees and immediate family members of Tourism Kelowna are not eligible to receive prizes under this program.
- No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prize is not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- Chances of winning directly relate to the number of contest entries.
