Built in 1917 using bricks made locally from Knox Mountain clay, the historic Laurel Packinghouse, once BC's largest fruit packinghouse and certainly its oldest, offers a charming space for your corporate events. The Laurel was Kelowna’s first designated heritage building, having been revitalized in 2010. Wood floors, exposed beams, and an adjacent outdoor square create a warm and truly Okanagan space for your events. Perfect for welcome receptions, large presentations, or seated dinners, the Laurel welcomes groups of 250-300 people. The building is also home to the Okanagan Wine and Orchard Museum, which will provide your guests with insight into some of the region's oldest and most well-known local industries.

Rotary Centre for the Arts

Also located in Kelowna's Cultural District, steps away from the Laurel, is the Rotary Centre for the Arts (RCA). Home to several versatile rental spaces, the RCA can host everything from focused corporate meetings and lively receptions to performances in the 326-seat Mary Irwin Theatre and award show red carpets, as was the case with the recent 2025 CCMA Awards presented by TD. The building's interior and south atrium are expansive, featuring curved ceilings, ample natural light, and wooden beams salvaged from the Okanagan Growers Supply Building, which once stood on the site. There is also a patio and courtyard that can be used as part of your event, allowing guests to spill out into the beautiful outdoors.

From the moment you walk into the space, the rustic charm at Rustic Reel is undeniable. The brewery's decor is comprised of natural elements, such as wood, concrete, and plants, combined with brick, metal, and rustic accents to create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The private Community Hall, tucked away behind sliding barn doors, offers the perfect space for a meeting or dinner for up to 20 people. The Beer Hall is also separate from the main tap room, accommodating between 60 and 70 guests in a bright space thanks to the overhead garage door. A full buyout of the space, including the outdoor patio accessible from the main tap room, can accommodate groups of up to 180 for a conference, reception, or meal.
