Kids can’t get enough of Kelowna

Sand castle aficionados will tell you that carefree Kelowna has always been a family vacation stronghold. The long and sunny days of summer lend themselves well to all sorts of kid activities, like playing on the beach, mini-putting at

19-Greens, exploring rides at Scandia, or just eating ice-cream in a park. Bring the family to the fabulous H2O indoor

Water Adventure Park to frolic in the wave pool or to ride one of the 3 waterslides or you can also hang 10 on Canada's first Flow Rider ocean wave simulator.

Rent bicycles, scooters, or ATV's and then play a round or two of mini golf. You can tour the city and the playgrounds, water parks and the many beaches. For horseback enthusiasts, be sure to take to the trails and experience Kelowna from another perspective.

Give the kids a safe wilderness experience at the EECO Centre followed by a hike at the nearby Mission Creek Greenway. Kids love swimming and splashing it up, you can do this at one of our free childrens' water parks. We have plenty of space for picnics or family barbecues and of course the variety of family restaurants make it easy to find a handy place to dine that everyone can agree on.
