Being part of the 2% of gelaterias in the world making gelato completely from scratch, using real and raw ingredients isn’t for the faint of heart, but Victor and Kevin, co-owners of QB Gelato & Café in Kelowna’s Landmark District, never do anything without giving it their all. Diving into a months long course over the summer of 2015 in Italy has resulted in real products, free of preservatives and using the freshest, local ingredients. The delicious flavours that showcase the best of the Okanagan and the small businesses that QB works with have become a well known to Kelowna residents when they are searching out a sweet treat. And now, in addition to amazing sorbets and gelato, they produce the best take-home mac & cheese, amazing soups and many other treats, like pastries, bread and cookies.
