Red Fox Club is an aboriginal inspired restaurant located at the award winning Indigenous World Winery. The menu is designed around modern native fare with a casual approach to dining.
The two story building hugs the West Kelowna land with Red Fox Club and Indigenous World Winery sharing a beautiful expansive view of the Okanagan Valley.
The restaurant can be enjoyed all year round, whether it is on the outdoor patio in the summer, or in the cozy, intimate setting of our indoor restaurant below the winery in the fall and winter months.
Andrea grew up in a small rural town southwestern Ontario attending to family farms & gardens. Selling cookies at her dad’s work place was how she made her first dollar. Her passion started then by cooking and learning with family. At 15 she had an opportunity to move to Finland and take a degree in home economics which furthered her goal and love for everything local. Andrea graduated from The Culinary Institute of Canada in 2000, after traveling the east coast and working in Newport, Rhode Island, Oakville and London. She landed her first executive job in Ottawa at DISH Catering a high-end social catering company that design's custom menus for the Ottawa Senators private flights, parliament and royalty. In 2010, already happily married with two beautiful children, Andrea started at Quails Gate Estate Winery; Old Vines Restaurant. As assistant pastry chef her talents were swiftly known and was soon promoted to Executive Sous Chef. By 2014, Andrea was looking for a change and had a special opportunity to work with an incredible baker Monika Walker. Her talented team at Okanagan Grocery taught Andrea how to hand craft bread, respect your “mother”. In the beginning of spring 2016, the opportunity for Indigenous World Winery and Red Fox Club came to be and she’s never looked back. Her focus and direction is modern native cuisine ; simple, indigenous food with respect for our Aboriginal history.
