Jackknife is the swirling cauldron of creative locals. We were the ones ripping in forests and shredding in hazy garages. Melding local lore and elements with our favourite pieces of brewing history, we concoct West Coast beer that’s a little off-kilter.
Our beer is only available in-house, come hang in our taproom and slay some weird beer and classic pizza.
Brewed in the back, served in the front!
