Blu Saffron Bistro, located at Volcanic Hills Winery, offers lunch and dinner either in the restaurant or on the large patio, which offers breathtaking lake and vineyard views. The menu changes daily, all paired with Volcanic Hills award-winning wines.
Chef Colin Rayner always had a passion for good local food, whether he was working in restaurants in England and Scotland, resorts in Bermuda, or his own restaurant in the bountiful Okanagan Valley. In Canada, Colin opened his first restaurant at Bonitas Winery in Summerland, before moving closer to home in West Kelowna to open Blu Saffron Bistro at Volcanic Hills Estate Winery.
Colin combines his International experience with everything the west coast has to offer.
