In January of this year the information kiosk located in the arrivals area of the Kelowna International Airport became an Official Satellite Visitor Centre in the Destination BC network. This meant that more material pertaining to the province and the tourism regions of BC would be racked on the shelves for locals and visitors to enjoy. As of last Friday the kiosk has also been spruced up with a new sign to reflect this change. This new sign, designed and installed by Signcraft consists of three Destination BC Visitor Centre logos and three digital screens. Over the coming weeks the Visitor Services and Marketing staff will be developing new content that will be displayed on the digital screens. This content will include videos of Kelowna along with instagram and twitter photos submitted to the hashtag #ExploreKelowna.
