National Indigenous History Month Workshops
The final session in a series of workshops presented by Indigenous Tourism BC (ITBC) and Destination BC (DBC) for National Indigenous History Month takes place on Tuesday, June 22 from 2-3 p.m. PDT. The workshop will focus on honouring wellness—attendees will be guided through a spiritual smudging ceremony by Frank Antoine, co-founder of Moccasin Trails (Okanagan), and gain ancestral knowledge from Dennis Thomas of Takaya Tours (Vancouver).

Elements of Truth Before Reconciliation
WATER: Shared Responsibilities is the final workshop in the four-part experiential series, Elements of Truth: Before Reconciliation, hosted by kinSHIFT and Purppl. The workshop "raises consciousness of the impacts of micro-aggressions in anti-Indigenous racism and supports our motion towards transformative learning and communication."
