UpBeat, hosted by Creative Okanagan, kicked off last week and will run every Tuesday and Thursday, from 4:30-6 p.m. PDT, until May 6. Each session will highlight a theme that arose during initial community engagement for the Central Okanagan Music Strategy. COVID-19 and Industry: Conversation with the President of the Public Health Agency of Canada

On Tuesday, April 20, the Canadian Chamber of Commerce will host a fireside chat with its President and CEO, Perrin Beatty, and the President of the Public Health Agency of Canada, Iain Stewart. The virtual event takes place from 12-12:45 p.m. PDT and will include a live Q&A. Registration can be completed online. 

 

8 Steps for Turning Your Service Into a Product

Join the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce on Tuesday, April 20, from 9-10 a.m. PDT, for the latest Business Smarts Webinar, which will provide information on consumer demand for products, an "8-step formula for productizing your service," and more. Register in advance online.

 

Mayor Milsom's State of the City Virtual Lunch

Destination BC (DBC) Industry Calls

Heart of Hospitality Awards

The Kelowna Hotel Motel Association will present the 2020 Heart of Hospitality Awards virtually at 1 p.m. PDT on Thursday, April 22, recognizing staff who have gone above and beyond to represent the companies that they work for, along with the community they live in.
