A Conversation with Mayor Tom Dyas
On Tuesday, October 31, UDI Okanagan is hosting a luncheon with guest speaker, Mayor Tom Dyas, who will reflect on his inaugural year in office. The event will occur from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Grand Okanagan Resort. Tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite.
OYP Collective Coffee Social
Join OYP Collective on Wednesday, November 1, from 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. for its monthly coffee social. The event will take place at Black Sheep Coffee Bar (formerly Bean Scene) on Bernard Avenue. Admission to the event is free, though advance registration is recommended. Beverages and snacks will be available for purchase.
Uptown Rutland Business Association (URBA) After Hours
The next URBA After Hours event takes place at Canco Petroleum on Wednesday, November 1, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased through the URBA website.
Trade and Media Wine Tasting
Okanagan Wine Festivals invites trade and wine media partners, including those working in licensee retail stores and restaurants, to its popular fall tasting showcase. The event will take place at Manteo at Eldorado Resort on Friday, November 3, from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Some of the Kelowna and area wineries on hand include Gray Monk Estate Winery, Peak Cellars, Quails' Gate Winery, Sandhill, and Volcanic Hills Estate Winery. Indigenous Entrepreneur Awards
The 2023 Indigenous Entrepreneur Awards are set to take place on Thursday, November 9, at 3 p.m. PT. The digital gala will feature performances and award presentations, showcasing the talents and achievements of Indigenous entrepreneurs. Registration for this event, presented in collaboration with the Indigenous Tourism Association of Canada, is free.
