The inaugural BC Hospitality Foundation (BCHF) Okanagan Golf Tournament is set to take place on Tuesday, May 10, at The Harvest Golf Club. The BCHF raises funds to support those in the hospitality industry facing financial crises due to medical or health conditions. You're invited to attend Tourism Kelowna's Industry Forum on Wednesday, May 11, in person at the Coast Capri Hotel for a day of connection and learning.
In the morning, you'll hear updates from Tourism Kelowna's team followed by a panel discussion on workplace culture and staff retention. The afternoon will kick off with a panel presentation about social media and photography. From there, Tourism Kelowna's 2021 Annual General Meeting will take place followed by a networking reception, where industry and community members can reconnect in person.

Join Symphony Tourism Services, a subsidiary of the Thompson Okanagan Tourism Association (TOTA), on Thursday, May 12, from 12:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. PDT to learn more about how research can be used when implementing marketing strategies. Accelerate Okanagan's Executive in Residence and Co-Founder of the Talent Collective, Crystal Henrickson, will be hosting a two-day virtual workshop for "entrepreneurs and senior-level people leaders who have a solid understanding of what role(s) they require, and are planning on recruiting in the next 3-6 months."
