This March, Kelowna will welcome tourism professionals from across the province for the 2026 BC Tourism Industry Conference (BC TIC). With approximately 500 delegates expected, this is a valuable opportunity for Tourism Kelowna Members to connect with a highly engaged, values-aligned audience.

Interested businesses are invited to submit exclusive offers for delegates looking to explore Kelowna with an extended stay and experience the region beyond the conference agenda, which runs from March 4 to 6, 2026.

Types of Offers to Submit

Those interested are welcome to propose their ideas to conference organizers, with offers that might include:

  • A percentage discount or dollar-value off.
  • A special experience, package, or added-value inclusion.
  • A limited-time offer available before and/or after the conference dates.

Offers can span accommodations, food and beverage, transportation, activities and experiences, arts and culture, and more—creativity is encouraged!

Information to include with your submission

To ensure clarity for delegates and the conference organizers, please be ready to share:

  • Details of what's included in the offer and any terms or conditions.
  • Dates when the offer is valid, including pre- and/or post-conference.

Why Get Involved

This conference brings together tourism leaders, operators, and decision-makers from across British Columbia. A thoughtful offer not only drives incremental business during the shoulder season, but it also puts your experience in front of peers who influence travel, partnerships, and future visitation.

We encourage you to begin shaping offers that reflect the best of Kelowna and the Okanagan, showcasing our region's distinct brand and highlighting why it's worth staying a bit longer when visiting for business events.
