Award nomination submissions for the 2025 BC Tourism Industry Awards, presented by the Tourism Industry Association of BC (TIABC) and sponsoring partners, are now being accepted.
The awards, which "recognize and celebrate the excellence, leadership, and innovation in British Columbia’s tourism industry," will be handed out on Thursday, March 5, 2025, as part of the BC Tourism Industry Conference at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre.
Nominations are being accepted until January 8, 2025, in the following categories:
- Indigenous Operator or Experience
- Sustainability Excellence
- Employees First
- Tourism Woman of the Year
- Community Contribution & Impact
- Inclusive and Accessible Tourism Experience
- Remarkable Experience
- Professional Excellence - DMO or Sector Association
- Innovation
- Culinary Tourism Experience
A full description of each category and general/specific nomination criteria can be found on the BC Tourism and Hospitality Conference website. Individuals or organizations can self-nominate or nominate others within the industry through an online nomination form.
Registration to attend the 2025 BC Tourism Industry Conference, taking place March 5 - 7 in Vancouver, BC, is now open, with early bird rates in effect until January 15, 2024.
