Preparations are underway to launch the newly designed tourismkelowna.com website, which is slated to go live on May 14.
As we get closer to the launch date we have to make some adjustments to the content on the website, meaning there will be no Industry News Centre posts or #exploreKelowna Blog posts until the new website has launched. We thank you for your patience during this brief period of no posts, but we believe it will be worth the wait.
Participating stakeholders of Tourism Kelowna still have the ability to make changes to their listings; we would encourage you to update your listings before the launch, especially if your current listing contains low-quality images. You are able to make changes to your listing through Tourism Kelowna's Extranet. If you don't have Extranet access, please contact us and we will set you up as soon as we can.
As well, events can still be added to our online calendar. Events can be added through the Extranet or you can submit an event through the website.
New design changes you can expect include:
- Mobile-first design with stronger visual and design elements, incorporating Tourism Kelowna's brand colours and fonts.
- Interactive elements, providing additional opportunities for users to explore further.
- Edge-to-edge page content that will use much of the screen as possible.
