The deadline to apply for the 2025 Air Canada Future Tourism Leaders Contest is fast approaching, with submissions due by September 30.

Air Canada, in partnership with the Tourism Industry Association of Canada (TIAC), is looking for Canadian students who have made meaningful contributions to Canada’s vibrant tourism industry and who embody the spirit of this year’s theme, TourismCan: Tourism Builds Canada. 

Up to four (4) students will be selected. Winners will receive:

  • Complimentary registration to TIAC’s Tourism Congress & Canadian Tourism Awards held November 18–20, 2025, at Hilton Lac-Leamy, Outaouais Region, Gatineau, QC.
  • Two nights’ hotel accommodations (check-in Nov. 18 / check-out Nov. 21).
  • Round-trip airfare to Congress provided by Air Canada (economy class).
  • Participation in the Air Canada Future Leaders Luncheon, where winners will join a student panel to share their expertise.
  • Special recognition during the lunch in front of industry leaders.

Eligibility: Full-time students at an accredited Canadian college or university in a Travel/Tourism/Hospitality or related program. Proof of enrolment is required.
