Beginning Wednesday, July 8, we will be resuming our collateral distribution program within the Central Okanagan. This means you will see our Kelowna Explorer Vehicle, powered by Budget Car & Truck Rentals, around the community.
Our team will be delivering Official Visitors' Guides, tear off maps, Outdoor Trail Guides, Local Flavours, and Wine Trails. As this program has been paused since mid-March, there are many businesses on our list for delivery. Should you urgently require stock of these guides, please complete a request in the Tourism Kelowna Extranet or contact our Visitor Experience team at info@tourismkelowna.com or (250) 861-1515 ext. 1.
We have also expanded our services and hours of operation at the Kelowna Visitor Centre so any of these printed materials can be now be picked up on-site, seven days per week, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. For larger orders, we ask that you please give us 24 hours notice to prepare the materials.
Digital and PDF versions of all the guides are available on our virtual visitor centre page where your staff or the travelling public can also connect with a member of our Visitor Experience team through LiveChat during business hours, or leave us a message for follow-up when someone is unavailable.
