Tourism Kelowna’s Chris Lewis was selected as one of DMAI’s Top 30 Under 30

Every year Destination Marketing Association International (DMAI) recognizes thirty young people as future leaders of the international tourism industry.  This year Tourism Kelowna’s Chris Lewis has been chosen as one of these 30 special recipients through the demonstration of his exceptional potential.

The 30 individuals were selected from 95 applicants and are all 30 years of age and under.  The 2016 honourees hail from a variety of destinations and backgrounds, from National Tourism Bureaus such as Brand USA and the Bermuda Tourism Authority to city Destination Marketing Organizations in Texas, Georgia and of course Kelowna!

Chris will have his expenses covered to attend DMAI’s Annual Convention in Minneapolis this August and be recognized in front of the attendees.  As well he will engage in professional development, volunteer and networking opportunities throughout 2016.

While we already knew Chris was a rockstar, we are proud to share his achievement.
