Cultural Performances, Storytelling, and Dialogue

Indigenous Resilience Festival

The Indigenous Resilience Festival showcases Indigenous Elders, youth, leaders, artists, and entrepreneurs sharing knowledge on their challenges that lead to triumphs. You can expect to witness a variety of Indigenous excellence presented to you through the creative expression of storytelling, dance, fashion, plant medicine, music and much more.

Celebrate Indigenous culture at the Rotary Centre for the Arts for this free day-long celebration. You'll have the chance to experience performances by over 40 artists who represent a range of Indigenous communities across BC. There will also be opportunities for you to engage with the artists and presenters, as well as a mini-market featuring presenters, a fun zone for kids, food, and workshops.
