We invite you to join us for the 2nd Annual Westside Multiculturalism Day on Saturday, June 24th, at the Westbank Lions Community Centre!
This free, family-friendly event will have live performances from several different cultures, and cultural pavilions, representing over 20 different cultures from around the world, where you can engage and learn more about the diversity our community has to offer, sample cultural foods, and participate in fun activities. Complete the cultural passport by visiting all of the cultural pavilions and you will be entered into draws for some fantastic prizes. It is sure to be fun for all ages.

Lakeview Coffee Lab and Kona Ice of the Central Okanagan will be on-site, and also make sure to check out The Two Brothers Mexican Restaurant next
door from 11:30 AM onwards!

There will also be a Highland Dance Workshop at the event courtesy of Emily McDonald's School of Highland Dance, a children's Caber Toss courtesy of the Penticton Scottish Festival, as well as the return of our cultural passport (with a new twist)! Details to come.

Cultural Pavilions will run from 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM.
The Opening Ceremony will be from 10:30 AM - 11:00 AM.
Performances will run from 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM.

Cet événement gratuit et familial proposera des spectacles en direct de plusieurs cultures différentes et des pavillons culturels, représentant plus de 20 cultures différentes du monde entier, où vous pourrez vous engager et en apprendre davantage sur la diversité de notre communauté, goûter des plats culturels et participer dans des activités. Complétez le passeport culturel en visitant tous les pavillons culturels et vous serez inscrit à des tirages au sort pour des prix fantastiques. Il est sûr d'être amusant pour tous les âges.

Il y aura des camions de nourriture, Lakeview Coffee Lab et Kona Ice of the Central Okanagan, sur place, et assurez-vous également d'aller au The Two Brothers Mexican Restaurant à côté à partir de 11h30!

Il y aura également un atelier de danse des Highlands à l'événement avec l'aimable autorisation d'Emily McDonald's School of Highland Dance, un Caber Toss pour enfants avec l'aimable autorisation du Penticton Scottish Festival, ainsi que le retour de notre passeport culturel (avec une nouvelle tournure)!
