In this interactive class, you'll learn to prepare Chaat Papadi, a delightful combination of crispy fried dough wafers, tangy chutneys, yogurt, and an array of savory and sweet toppings. Chef Jas will show you the techniques to achieve the perfect balance of textures and flavours that make this dish so irresistible.

Next, you'll master the art of making Aloo Tikki, golden and crispy potato patties that are packed with aromatic spices and served with tantalizing chutneys. Chef Jas will teach you the tricks to achieve the ideal texture and the techniques to infuse the patties with authentic Indian flavours.
