RCA and OSIF present the multi-international award-winning movie ‘The Founder Effect’. Making its Kelowna debut at the Mary Irwin Theatre, the dramatic film, directed by Kelowna-raised Justin MacGregor, is set in Hope, BC. When a boy goes missing, his grandfather must confront their family history and mysterious phenomena.
