From The Paisley Notebook by Aman Dosanj comes my first secret dinner ever (ever ever). My project is all about trust - in the ingredients and how they're grown/raised to the person who's cooking for you. I wanted to push that further with a string of secret dinners, where you won't know the location until we arrive at the table.

Join me on Sunday, May 26, for a night of edible storytelling at a secret outdoor venue in Kelowna. Feast on 4 Okanagan-inspired courses with an Indian vibe, whilst listening to the sounds of the super talented singer/songwriter, Kansas Lee. 'Bartender Brother,' Harry Dosanj will be with a cash bar serving up a selection of small lot Okanagan wines, BC craft beers, and local cocktail.

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email aman@paisleynotebook.com. This event features a set menu, which won't be shared until each course is up (I like surprises). A little request - please contact Aman before purchasing tickets if you have allergies, I'll try my best to accommodate.

Arrive at 5 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. dinner (please and thank you). I will drop a pin on the day of the event to disclose the meetup point. From there, we adventure to the table.

The other stuff:

  • We may need to walk a little to get to the outdoor venue
  • The dinner is rain or shine - we have a rain plan
  • It's likely going to be hot - bring a hat, sunscreen and something warm for the evening
  • There is plenty of parking, but carpooling is recommended
  • Ticket price does not include gratuity or beverages
