During this demonstration, you will learn the art of preparing some of the most iconic and delicious tapas dishes from scratch, using fresh and authentic ingredients. Tapas are small plates that originated in Spain, where bar guests would top their beverages with small appetizers while they enjoyed their wine, beer, or cocktail. Chef Bernard will guide you through a variety of tapas, perfect for weeknight meals or for entertaining!
