Morning 50-50 yoga and mimosas at the labyrinth at Sperling Vineyards. Slow flow & yin yoga is a gentle way of doing yoga with deliberation and calmness. A flow class is meditative and focuses on peace and serenity in the mind and awareness of the body. The poses are held longer, focusing on the breath and transitioning smoothly.

The class is about relaxing and letting go. We will move very slowly through a moving meditation. After class we will enjoy a mimosa that will be followed by a light brunch. 

All levels are welcome. We recommend bringing your yoga mat.
