The Paisley Notebook is a project that is all about trust – in the ingredients and how they’re grown/raised to the person who’s cooking for you. I wanted to push that further with a secret venue and secret menu (an open mind is quite an excellent thing).

Join me for a night of edible storytelling on Sunday, March 29, at a secret indoor location in Kelowna. I was fortunate enough to win gold at the ‘Good Food Innovation Awards’ in 2018 and 2019, so that’s the inspiration behind the menu. Feast on a 4-course meal filled with dishes and stories from Food Day Canada using local and Canadian ingredients, plus Harry’s pop up bar to keep you in good spirits. Just 30 spots available; click here to purchase tickets.

Venue: It’s still a surprise, but somewhere in and around downtown Kelowna

Time: 5 p.m. for a 5:30 p.m. dinner

This event features a set menu (I like surprises)

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (including vegetarian), please email me at A little request – please contact me before purchasing tickets if you have allergies, I’ll try my best to accommodate.

The other stuff: Ticket price does not include gratuity or beverages. Tickets are non-refundable but definitely transferable to a friend or family member.
