Papa Wheely is an Okanagan-based cover band. The band was formed in the early months of 2006 as a house band at the Barking Parrot at the Penticton Lakeside Resort. The band is made up of members from several local acts such as Lost Boys, Psaphonic, Hair Despair, Midnight Famous, and High Voltage.
