In partnership with The View Winery, Okanagan College presents the Okanagan Discover and Devour experience. An immersive experience of Okanagan food and wine is offered every Wednesday from June 29 - August 31 in Kelowna, B.C.
Wine Tasting from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m.
Arrive at The View Winery to be greeted by Chef Derrick for a guided tour of the vineyard and learn about food and wine pairings with fresh charcuterie and cheese.
Cooking Class from 3:15 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Drive through South East Kelowna's picturesque farm and vineyard landscapes to Okanagan College's Culinary & Pastry Arts centre. Participate in a hands-on cooking class using local ingredients.
Fine Dining from 6 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Learn how to professionally plate your meal and enjoy wine pairings from The View Winery at Kelowna campus' Infusions Restaurant. Depart with a wine gift to take home.
